We process data under Peruvian Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection and its Regulation (Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS).
2. Data we collect
- Quote form: name, service, vehicle or application and project details. The form only prepares a message; we receive it when you choose to send it via WhatsApp.
- Direct contact: data you share by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Complaints Book: name, ID document, address, phone, email and details of the claim.
- Browsing data: if you accept cookies, technical and usage data through Google Analytics and Google AdSense.
3. How we use it
- To answer enquiries and prepare quotes.
- To coordinate fabrication, installation and delivery.
- To handle claims within the deadlines set by Peruvian consumer law.
- To measure site use and, on blog pages, show advertising.
We do not sell your data.
4. Cookies and advertising
Third-party cookies are only enabled if you click “Accept” on the cookie notice. You can change your choice anytime via “Privacy preferences” in the footer.
- Google Analytics: measures visits. We never send names, phone numbers, emails or form text.
- Google AdSense: loads only on blog pages. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised ads at Google Ad Settings. See how Google uses cookies in advertising.
5. Sharing
We use Google LLC and Meta Platforms (WhatsApp), which may process data outside Peru under their own policies: Google, WhatsApp.
6. Retention
Enquiry and quote data are kept during the business relationship and up to two years after. Complaints Book records are kept for at least two years.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by emailing contactenos@lga-remolques.com.pe with the subject “ARCO rights”. You may also contact Peru’s National Personal Data Protection Authority.
